All are encompassed within a framework of personal practice, understanding, development and exploration of its uses with clients.
Delegates are required to have first attended the two-day Primary Certificate in Relaxation Skills Training course.

If possible also bring a small pillow for head and shoulder support. If you are not able to lie down, the process can still be experienced sitting.
