Coaching at Work Annual Conference 2015: Onwards and Upwards

Wednesday, 01 July 2015 09:30 - 17:15 (GMT)

Holiday Inn London-Bloomsbury

United Kingdom

Welcome to our 5th Annual Conference!

The theme of Onwards and Upwards for this year’s annual Coaching at Work’s Coaching & Mentoring conference reflects our sense that it’s still pretty tough going out there, yet there are lots of healthy green shoots pushing through, and plenty of creativity, innovation and mastery in coaching and mentoring to celebrate, showcase and learn from.

Some of the challenges we face are still fairly new - increased VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) has become a byword for modern-day business challenges. The repercussions from the Global Financial Crisis are still being felt widely, despite growth in some areas. Other challenges have been with us for some time - including widespread gender inequality. How can we forge onwards and upwards? How can we respond to the many challenges to our clients’ and our own resourcefulness? How can coaching help women navigate or break through the glass ceiling so that a fairer society and business world can reap the rewards of their contributions? How can we mindfully work with challenges to bring about meaningful action? How can we build thriving practices, and thriving coaching and mentoring organisational cultures, ones which bring in fresh energy, new ideas and frameworks?

Join us at 2015’s Coaching at Work conference to explore these questions and more, to master new approaches, to network in a dynamic environment, to be inspired … and to have fun!
